Anyone who joins WEATHERFUN after the Contest has started, may still enter and give a forecast for the questions that haven't been answered up to August 1, 2016, with the exception of Question #6. Any Tropical Systems that might have formed before June 1st, will be counted as part of the Contest for number of storm questions for the season only. Any storm after November 30th, will not count.
